Our goal is to provide a safe and productive environment that enables women to learn and apply the principles of teamwork, discipline, dedication, and sportsmanship. The Baltimore Nighthawks facilitate the development of strength and character in everyone that participates. These aligns perfectly with the goals of the United States Coast Guard and the opportunities a career in the USCG can provide.
